SCOUTING REPORT ON GARLAND JUDKINS: GARLAND JUDKINS is a dynamic guard. He can score, defend and is lightning quick. He will be a major match up problem anywhere he goes and he just blows by people. Has NBA athletic ability. Garland is an excellent big time athlete that has a nice shooting touch stretching it out to the NBA line. He can get his shot off at will and he explodes over defenders with his NBA athleticism. He is great absorbing contact and still finishing around the rim. He is also a good ball handler who will be an excellent combo and rebounds extremely well.
